The cozy holiday home features three bedrooms, a TV, a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher and microwave, a washing machine, and a bathroom with shower.



Relax on the terrace and enjoy peaceful moments.



A playground is nearby for children. As guests, you can hike, fish (please obtain a permit from the city), or simply enjoy the garden.



The house accommodates up to six people. It was renovated in 2020, and the fitted kitchen is from 2022.



All holiday homes have mobile internet, offering stable connections according to the provider—ideal for working remotely or streaming movies and music.



Please note: Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request for an extra charge. You will receive the key code after booking.



All TVs in the park have been upgraded to digital reception, allowing you to enjoy improved picture and sound quality.



Several parking spaces and two e-charging stations are available in the holiday park.



The park also offers a playground, a barbecue area (barbecuing is only permitted with electric grills; grills are not provided), a tennis court, a table tennis table, and a mini-golf course.



In nearby Bad Arolsen (approx. 5 km), you will find supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, doctors, pharmacies, the hospital, Bad Arolsen Castle, and the year-round "Arobella" swimming pool.



An additional tourist tax is payable on site.
