The LOCATION:

Location is in Lacong, San Gabriel, La Union.

The PROPERTY:

-The property is a small 2-BR 1-storey Residential Property with swimming pool. Please manage your expectations in terms of distance and amenity especially that the property is located on top of the mountain. If you booked 1-BR, the other bedroom will be locked. Don’t worry, all other spaces will be exclusive.
-This is furnished with basic kitchen and eating tools (Gas Range, Microwave, rice cooker, electric kettle, plates, spoon and fork, etc), WE WILL ALSO PROVIDE DISPOSABLE PLATES/SPOON/CUPS so that you don’t have to wash the dishes and especially that water is limited in the area.
-with one dining table with 6 chairs
-with 6-seater narra sofa with foam.
-with ref
-with shower heater in the Toilet and Bathroom. (Note: the water pressure is low. We are located on top of the mountain and source is very difficult)
-the water source is through a water pump coming from a string.
- NO WIFI
- with parking for vehicles (Use the vacant lot on top of the property)
- with TV
- with aircon in the bedrooms
- for the toiletries, we only provide TOWEL/S depending on the number of pax.
-NOTE: requests for additional tools/equipment may be charged, e.g electric fan and the like

-any requests for additional bed will be charged 350.00. Since the room is small, additional bed might not be possible. The additional bed will be placed in the sala. ***IF YOU NEED MORE BEDS, please let us know.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

-Check in 2:00pm. This is self-check-in. This means that no one will be there to meet you in the location. You will be guided going to the location over the phone by our coordinator. If you need a guide, we can provide at 250.00. If you need a transportation going up, we can arrangement. Here are the possible fees (may change without prior notice):

Jeepney (One Way) 800.00 per trip
Hilux (One Way) 1000.00 per trip
Motorbike (One Way) 150.00 per pax (This option is okay for guests with a total of 2 pax-3 pax).

Early check-in may be allowed depending on the availability of the unit. Php 150.00/hr. Late Check-in will be given NO DISCOUNT.

-Check out is 11:00am. Late Check-out may be allowed depending on the available of the unit. Php 150.00/hour. Early Check-out will be given NO DISCOUNT.


NOTES BEFORE BOOKING:

-the property HAS NO GENERATOR. This means that if there is a POWER INTERRUPTION, we cannot do something about it. Refund will not be issued also.
- do not bring in guests/pets more than what is indicated in the booking. Penalty will be imposed amounting to 2,000 per undeclared pet or guest.
- our normal schedule in the head office is Monday to Saturday 7:00am- 4:00pm so please, upon check-in, you have to check if have requests/ challenges and immediately communicate it with the coordinator. Beyond the said schedule, the coordinator might not reply.
- this is self-check-in, this means that no one will be there to meet you in the location. The key is in the key vault located beside the main door. The CODE will be given upon confirmation of the booking.
- this is NOT in San Juan area.
- this is NOT a hotel. The quality of blankets, bed sheets, etc is basic only. Please manage your expectations.
- the water is limited. We only budget 1drum per pax per night since the entire storage can only contain a total of 19 drums.
