The property was a perfect location adjacent to the east side of Glacier National Park. It offered several activities for teens to engage in while hanging out in the great outdoors- swimming, paddleboarding, campfire, large yard games, hammocks, etc. The sunrise was gorgeous, and the owner and her adorable dogs were super-friendly. We greatly appreciate her opening this home to a group of teenagers on a school trip. Thank you.

Clean place, very responsive host, convenient location. Not made obvious in the posting that this is a trailer home. But, it worked for what our party needed, which was an overnight stay before heading into GNP early the next morning for a thru backpacking trip. It would have been tight had there more than 6 of us.

It should be mentioned that this is a trailer home. The bunkbeds were a bit unstable. Also, communication was difficult because there’s basically no cell service anywhere near, and you could only get Internet once inside the house. The view of the lake is beautiful, but is also shared by all the other RVs in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at Montana Mountain Getaway! The place was very clean, the communication was efficient, and we would definitely come back. The property manager, Ryan, was amazing, helpful, and very friendly. He gave us recommendations for hikes and places to eat. Also recommend using the shuttle service with him to get to trailheads. An added bonus was Shelby, the neighborhood dog. She was super friendly and hung out with us when we were sitting around. Overall 10/10 and I highly recommend staying here!
