The house has been completely restored and has retained its character with a modern touch, high ceilings. It is 134m2. Kitchen, in central island, friendly and equipped (microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, induction hob, hood, dishwasher) which opens onto a small inner courtyard, large table (up to 10 people) and tuned upright piano, living room with period fireplace and 1 separate toilet on the first floor. The washing machine is located in a closet.
Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms with double beds and storage. There is a bathroom with bath and shower. 1 separate toilet. Another bathroom with shower and toilet.
