A late visit but 100% worth

Although we have heard many positive things about this hotel, me and my wife had the opportunity to spend this long weekend at Ortunç. The location is like natural park (in the middle of palm trees),crystal clear sea, sandy beach ( not very long though, but big enough to entertain the hotel guests), delicious food, very friendly and effective stuff, easy check-in checkout. Most of the guests are middle-aged, no person under 18 is allowed. We will definitely revisit, I recommend 100%

Otelin eşsiz konumu, ortak alanın konforlu ortamı ve yemekleri (ala cart restoranında yemek yedik-şahaneydi) gerçekten de bize mükemmel bir konaklama deneyimi yaşattı. Otelin bar hizmeti de, çok kaliteliydi. Kısacası herşey mükemmeldi. Sadece bir önerimiz olacak; odalarda, kettle ve granül kahve yerine kapsüllü kahve ("nespresso") makinesi olsaydı, böyle kaliteli ve "exceptional" bir otele daha çok yakışırdı diye düşündük.

Guzel bir 5 gun geçirdik. Varış yaptığımızda check in saatine saat vardı buna rağmen odamız erkenden bize verildi. Çalışanları ve hizmet kalitesi cok iyiydi.Çalışanların emek gayreti ve ayrıca hiçbir şeye hayır demeden bir çözüm bularak geri dönüş yapması mükemmeldi.Sadece menüsü güzel olmasına rağmen yemek ve içecek fiyatları yüksekti.Check out yaptıktan sonra bir süre daha otelin plajından faydalandık. Tüm calışanlara teşekkürler ancak tüm tatil boyunca bize plaj ve kahvaltı kısmında muhteşem hizmet sunan Şef garson Harun Bey'e ayrıca teşekkür ederiz.

Sahilde ara ara lağım kokusu geliyor. Akşam yemeği ve sahil servisi iyi değildi. Sabah kahvaltı servisi harikaydı. Odamız kapısı çok zor kapanıyordu. Odalarda küçük tv var ve digitürk kanalları takılıyordu. Ayrıca 2 kişi valiz açmakta çok zorlandık odalar küçüktü. Fiyat performansını tam anlamıyla karşılamıyor.

Ortunç..

Öncelikle denizi muhteşem, harika bir koy da yer alıyor. Gittigimiz hafta otel full oldugu için garsonlar yetişmekte zorluk çekiyodu personel sayısını az buldum. Mesela yemegim bitmek üzereyken salatam sonda geldi, kahvaltıda yine kahvaltım bitti yumurta en son geldi. Menüdeki yemekler çok baŞarılı özellikle lahmacun ve risottolu bonfile. Fakat mezeleriyle ünlü cunda da mezelerden hiç keyif almadm. Bu kadar yüksek fiyatlı bir otel için hizmet çok agır bir daha tercih edicek olursam yanlızca koyu için tercih ederim. Ya da standart oda fiyatlarını çok normal bi oda olmasına ragmen bu fiyatlarda satmayın lütfen!
