Nice little pansiyon in a traditional house near the center of Ayvalik. The room is small and might be a bit chilly in the winter (stone walls, although there is a heater), but comfortable and reasonably priced.

Lovely pension in quiet area close to waterside

Stayed 3 nights in a comfortable room. The owners were fantastic and friendly, delicious breakfast and helpful planning our day. The location was quiet, in the old part of town, only a few minutes walk from the waterside. Would highly recommend

Konum çok iyi. Otopark sorunu var ancak İşletme sahibi yardımcı oluyor. Ayvalik merkezde sokaklar çok dar bilmeden navigasyonla ilerlemek sorun olabilir. Yatmadan yatmaya gelip duş alip tekrar çıkabilirsiniz. Odalar çok küçük şofben ve sifon çok zayıf. Aslında her şey beklenti ile ilgili. Ne kadar ekmek o kadar köfte. Bu ücrete bu konumda konaklayıp sorunları görmezden gelmek en dogrusu.

Fiyatının uygun olması sebebiyle tercih ettik ancak oda fotoğraflardan çok farklıydı bizim konakladığımız odanın görseli yok ilanda, otoparkı yok ama işletme sahibi yardımcı oldu ancak sokakları kapattıkları için atılan konumla otele gitmek imkansız, arayıp telefonda edilen tarifle gitmek durumunda kalıyorsunuz. Bunların hepsini fiyatının uygun olması dolayısıyla göz ardı edip puan kırmazdım ancak işletme sahibinin yapılan olumsuz eleştirilere tahammülsüzlüğünü görüp üstüne eleştiri yapan kadın bir müşterisine “sözde eşiniz dediğiniz kişiyle” diye bir cümle kurmasının hadsizliği karşısında şok oldum. Bu tavrını önceden görmüş olsam bu zihniyette birinin işletmesinde konaklamayı tercih etmezdim.

Özellikle hizmet sektöründe hijyenden sonra en çok önemsediğim esnaflıktır. Ayvalık Moda pansiyon çocuksuz bir aile yada bekarsanız bikaç gece için konaklanabilecek küçük bir işletme fakat işletme sahibi bırakın eleştiriyi kendilerinden kaynaklanan olumsuz bir yoruma bile tahammül edemeyecek kadar hizmet anlayışından uzak birisi bu yüzden tekrar tercih edeceğim bir yer değil

ilgili ve temiz bir pansiyon

Çift olarak gittik. İki gece üç gün kaldık. Bavulumuz ilk ve son gün otobüs saatimize kadar pansiyonda bıraktık. Sağ olsun yardımcı oldu oradaki beyefendi. Odada veya banyoda herhangi bir kötü koku yoktu. Sadece son gece soğuktu ve klimanın kumandasının pili bitti ve sıcak olmadığı için üşüdük biraz. Pike bulduk bizde. Ertesi gün söyledik değiştirdi beyefendi, hemen yardım oldu sağ olsun. Biz memnun kaldık. Her şey için teşekkürler.

Kabus dolu gece

Bırakın otoparkı sokaktan araba geçmiyor. Akşam akşam bebekle bir sürü yol yürüdük pansiyona varmak için. Koca bir valiz de vardı. Oda zaten küçük şofben başlığı minicik banyo yok tuvalette yıkanıyosunuz resmen. Saat 11 de varınca etrafta su alacak bir tane dükkan bulamadık. Üst kat lavoboyu kullanırken ve pansiyona her giriş çıkışta ses olduğu gibi bizim odadaydı. Ve uyandığımızda yatağın bir tarafı komple duvardan dökülen taşlarla doluydu. Kabusa yakın bir gece geçirmek istiyorsanız elbette tercih edebilirsiniz. Karar sizin

Es war leider überhaupt nicht sauber an der Dusche war schon Moos überall Staub wenn man aus dem Fenster kuckt in den Hof nur Müll.Noch mal würde ich da nicht hin.Es war in einer Seitengasse der City.
