A beautiful, very quiet, Charentaise-style property with a large secure garden, comprising a main house of 120 square meters with a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, large living room on the first floor and three bedrooms upstairs. A bedroom of 25 square meters with a bed of 180 and a large whirlpool bath and two other bedrooms of 12 meters with a bed of 160 and 140. and bathroom

The property is 1 kilometre from the beach and 4 kilometres from La Rochelle; a very quiet park is just behind the garden walls, it is really very pleasant, you can hear only the birds and the wind in the foliage of the trees in the park.
