Extremely efficient and welcoming front desk staff were very quick in getting many people booked in I arrived. The room was clean and very comfortable. Lovely fresh fluffy towels. Breakfast was good. We have used this hotel over 10 times in recent years and keep coming back. It is a shame that they now charge £7.50 for overnight car park for paying guests. In our opinion, if you are a guest, parking should be free in this out of town location. The wraps in the restaurant are excellent!
