Gîte L’Ancien Préau – Cozy Retreat for 2 in the Heart of Touraine

Welcome to La Marelle! In the heart of Touraine, in the Langeais region, our charming property offers two adjoining, fully equipped gîtes (for 2 and for 6–8 guests) on over a hectare of land, close to our home.



Each accommodation has a private entrance and terrace, ensuring privacy and peace.



Gîte L’Ancien Préau is a spacious 40 m² studio with all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay. The kitchen area comes with a gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, and dishwasher. A TV is also provided.



On request and subject to availability, baby equipment can be supplied free of charge: travel cot, folding bathtub, changing mat, and high chair.



Pets are welcome, provided you respect the property and other guests. Two well-behaved dogs live on site.



Check-in is between 4 pm and 7 pm, with check-out before 10 am. These times can be adjusted on request, subject to availability. For any questions, please contact the host via the booking platform.
