Quintessential Little Beach Cottage

Cozy and clean, steps to the beach, this little cottage had all the essentials to enjoy my vacation. Best of all my pups were welcome.

It was fine, it met my needs it had the basic things. I did not like the beach access , I have to say having a wagon full of a cooler and chairs was very difficult to walk up the stairs with to take to the beach. There needs to be a wheelchair ramp. The beach was hard to walk on with the incline and slope. This town is full of Yankees every license plate was from the North.

Small but quaint

A comfortable home for two adults and a dog. The enclosed porch area was an added bonus. The home is decorated with a beach theme, bright and happy colors, and the wall decorations are interesting.There is public access to the beach, but it is a bit of a long walk up the stairs and over two sets of dunes. A central location in Avon and convenient to the shopping area.
