Welcome to Sunshine, a delightful, semi-oceanfront home in Avon with a private pool, a brand-new hot tub, a game room, and plenty of bright and beachy areas to make memories with the whole family. Updates for 2022 include new carpeting, new outdoor furniture, new exterior lighting and paint, new interior paint, and new TVs. Outside, a paved driveway provides plenty of parking, and a spacious deck surrounds the large swimming pool. Inside, you'll find an expansive game room with a pool table, foosball, a kitchenette, and ample seating - a great spot for cooling off after a day at the beach, which is a short walk away. On the main floor, prepare your favorite meals in the well-equipped kitchen, share them at the 10-person dining table and the three-person breakfast bar, then gather on the new furniture for games and movies in the living room. Don't miss the incredible views from the third-floor deck, an excellent spot for a cup of coffee at sunrise and a glass of wine at sunset

We enjoyed our stay at Sunshine. Pros-the kitchen was so well stocked with all kinds of cookware, bowls, plenty of utensils etc, comfortable seating in living room, beds were a great firmness (not too hard but good!) Cons-we were surprised to see dirty wet clothes on the chairs at the pool when we arrived (we just left them there?), the fan in the King bedroom works and then stops and works when it wants to-there is paper or something wedged in the switch to try to keep it held in the right place to make it work but that doesn’t work anymore. Other than these minor issues, we loved our stay and I would stay here again.

Nice family getaway

The property was great for our fall family getaway! It has plenty of room for everyone to go their separate ways but also plenty of things to do as a family! We loved the pool table and the pool. The walk to the beach is quick and easy and the beach wasn’t crowded at all! Would recommend!

This place was beautiful, everything you need was right there. The pool was perfect, large enough for two families to have fun. The walk to the beach was short. The views from the top deck were amazing. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Great house no cable

Great home for a family stay for a week. Home was well equipt and comfortable. Only negative was that the home owner didn’t pay the cable bill and it was disconnected. Property manager was notified day 1 and it wasn’t connected during our stay. Seemed like an easy fix that no one seemed to care to do. Aside from that, place was great.

Familymoon getaway

The house was fabulous and the kitchen 🥰!!! The walk to the beach was pretty simple once we found where to go for access. The beds were rather hard was the only draw back.
