This welcoming, single-level mountain retreat, set in the heart of Beaver Creek, offers a family room with a sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, and flatscreen TV; a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops; plus a dining table for six. Additional features include three bedrooms, each with a flatscreen TV, two with an attached bathroom (primary has a king size bed and desk/work space; secondary has a king size bed, third bedroom has two twin beds), ceiling fans throughout, a stacked washer/dryer, and garage parking for one vehicle. This residence does not have air conditioning.

Guests will enjoy mountain views from the terrace, as well as the convenience of being steps from the Village and base of Beaver Creek Mountain. Complimentary shuttle service, a year-round swimming pool, indoor/outdoor hot tubs, a fitness center and sauna are also available.
