Additional features include three bedrooms, each with a flatscreen TV, two with an attached bathroom (primary has a king size bed and desk/work space; secondary has a king size bed, third bedroom has two twin beds), ceiling fans throughout, a stacked washer/dryer, and garage parking for one vehicle. This residence does not have air conditioning.
