This charming, single-level mountain retreat, set in the heart of Beaver Creek, offers a family room with an electric fireplace, 72” SmartTV, a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including double ovens) and an eat-in, waterfall-edge natural stone island; plus a dining table for eight. Additional features include two guest suites, each with an attached bathroom (primary has a king size bed and 55” TV, secondary has two double beds, a 45” TV, mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, desk/work space, and can be locked off), and a 45” TV, ceiling fans, stacked washer/dryer, and garage parking for one vehicle. This residence does not have air conditioning.

Guests will enjoy Offerson hillside views from the terrace, as well as the convenience of being steps from the Village and base of Beaver Creek Mountain. Complimentary shuttle service, a year-round swimming pool, indoor/outdoor hot tubs, a fitness center and sauna are also available.
