This spacious, oceanfront home is ready and waiting for you! Ideal for two families to share, Prime Time has two main suites, one with a Jacuzzi tub. Three additional bedrooms will offer plenty of places to sleep.

This comfortable home offers fantastic ocean views from well-furnished decks and has plenty of extras for all to enjoy. The beautiful great room with pleasing decor has high ceilings and plenty of comfortable furnishings to relax on as you talk about your day.

A typical afternoon may include meal preparation, watching movies, playing foosball or basketball, or enjoying the million-dollar Atlantic view! When you need a break from the beach, enjoy access to the Kinnakeet Shores pool and tennis, or perhaps take a soothing dip in the hot tub with a refreshing beverage. High-speed, wireless internet is available for your laptop.

Island Time at Prime Time

Our family has been going to OBX for the last four years and this house was our favorite by far! It's a beautiful, light-filled space with plenty of room for five adults and two rambunctious & curious kids. We knew the sunrises would be amazing but were pleasantly surprised to see the gorgeous sound side sunsets right from the living room each night.The master bedroom is incredible and four of the bedrooms have direct access to decks that overlook the ocean. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, including large pots and all the accoutrements for a crab/shrimp boil! The only things lacking were larger platters that can handle food for a crowd our size and tea towels - only one of each is provided, which is not nearly enough, so make sure to bring some with you.In terms of location and beach access, this place cannot be beat. It's minutes away from the grocery store, restaurants, bike rentals, and the community pool, among other things. I read an earlier review about the difficulty of navigating the sand dunes to get to the beach but it was not a problem at all for our group of 6-70 year olds, so don't let that stop you from staying here. We did encounter a few dead roaches in the house on the downstairs level, but it wasn't off-putting especially because whatever they're using to treat them is working!

Double Anniversary Getaway

Prime Time: Spacious home with gathering areas was well stocked in a great location. Quick response of maintenance staff to get hot tub functional. Home designed well to maximize views from all rooms. Recommendations: Provide extra towels, rags & trash bags. Create a welcome book with important home information, area recommendations & departure information/ expectations.

Great location and views, but roaches and lots of stuff broken

Pros: great location and views, close to shopping, nice town, ample space and bathrooms, big kitchen Cons: roach infestation, broken dryer, broken microwave, broken kitchen light, and on the second to last day the downstairs AC broke. Nothing was fixed despite many texts and complaints to the property manager.

Beautiful Ocean side home

Clean, huge home with remodeled kitchen and floors. Saw dolphins and whale spouts from deck. Corporate owned/managed so no personal touches. No beach chairs/salt/pepper/oil. Limited dishwasher detergent/dish cloths. Great beach. Groceries and coffee shop near by. Would definitely stay again.
