New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

Enjoy the “Beautiful Life” at Avon's oceanside Vita Bella, roughly six lots back from the ocean boardwalk access. The clean, uncrowded beach is just a short walk down quiet Sailfish Lane, while restaurants, coffee shops, and, most importantly, the Dqueen are also within walking distance. You'll also have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility during your visit. Depending on the weather, the club is typically open from mid-May to mid-October.

This saltbox-style home has an open living, kitchen, and dining layout that begins with good parking and a dry entry for those moist vacation days. There is an outside shower and Weber kettle grill.

You'll love the tall ceilings and bright southern exposure. The comfortable living area is anchored with a TV, DVD player, and stereo for entertainment. The well-equipped kitchen opens to the dining area and outside sundeck, which includes a picnic table. A laundry area with a washer/dryer on the first floor adds convenience during your stay.

Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms and access to the sundeck with built-in seating and a slice of an ocean view. Sunsets and sunrises are exceptional.

Dead bugs everywhere, mold on vents, dirty dishes in the cabinets, dirty carpet, stains on beds and pillows, stains all over couches including brown splatter stains. Very far from the description and photos online.

Overall we enjoyed ourselves very much. Location was great and the house was wonderful. Other than that small water leak and the upstairs bathroom shower curtain probably should be replaced because it has a lot of mold on it it was a great stay

Great house but needs some work.

Stayed for a week. The house was nice, had everything we needed and the location/proximity to the beach was great (along with the price). However there is a significant leak in the house and bc it rained off and on for the whole week we had quite a bit of water coming in from the celling in the dining area. Like enough that we had to put out a bucket and dump it several times in a day. We notified the rental company and they said they would have someone fix it, but it seems to me like it's going to take quite a bit of work to get it fixed properly. Other than that we enjoyed the house and would even consider returning if we knew for sure the repairs had been made.

Great location!

I will start with the good! Location is amazing. Restaurants are plenty and not a bad meal. Walk to the beach is easy and super close. House was big enough for us all to be comfortable! Now.. my feedback on the home. Mattresses we low quality and not in the best condition. There had been previous water leak that was still not repaired. The fridge make noise all night and the ice maker never quit. The decks (both) had amazing views but were in serious need of repair. All in all we had an amazing time but this property needs some TLC for sure.

We appreciated the close vicinity to the beach, however, we had to climb a sand dune and walk through an enormous amount of heavy sand to get to the beach. This normally would not be a problem but when you are weighted down with beach paraphernalia and gear and have bad knees, it is torturous. It would have been nice to know that in advance. It would have influenced where we stayed.

I was supposed to get the access code to the house at 5:00pm sharp, but I ended up getting the code to the house at around almost 6pm.
