Step into the screened porch for a quiet morning coffee or an evening cocktail to end the day.
Inside, you'll find a homey, welcoming space. High ceilings, vibrant coastal colored walls , and beachy decor add to the vacation vibe. The chef will love the full kitchen, which features all the appliances and plenty of space, and everyone can dine together in the breakfast nook or pull up a barstool to keep it casual. Beach vacation
The house has a nice layout where you can be spread out and not feel cramped. The amount of comfortable beds here is awesome. We really enjoyed the large porches. The large hot tub on the front porch was nice after a long day of exploring. The kitchen was well apportioned, the only thing I couldn't find was a peeler. Only one tv was turned on all week so I am not able to comment on that. We felt very safe in the neighborhood that the house is located. We took several walks around the area. The sunrise is a 3 minute walk to the beach. The beach across the street was very nice and our family appreciated the beach chairs left at the house. There are several restaunts and shops within walking distance. There is a really nice supermarket, Food Lion in the same plaza as Duck Donuts and they are amazing! We really enjoyed this house and if we were coming back to Avon would stay in again!

Clean and comfortable
The property was as listed, and very clean upon arrival. The hot tub was a great way to end the day. The beach is a short walk, but the current was very rough so we ended up driving about 20 minutes to Frisco beach. Everything worked great and the house was well stocked, I highly recommend this AVon stay!

Spring Break Getaway
The house was great. Close to the beach and very inviting. Plenty of space and LOVED the wrap around porch. Our dog enjoyed the outdoors and the long walks on the beach. The kids enjoyed the hot tub each nite even though the weather was not cooperative...COLD. But our overall experience was great.
