Overall, the hotel is very tired and worn out. The fact that there are only 2 elevators in the entire sprawling facility is woefully inadequate. Being "housed" on the 3rd floor made it exceedingly difficult to haul luggage to my room. The various different levels of steps added to the problem. Also, the parking situation is ridiculous. The hotel staff did a TERRIBLE job explaining where to go to park. It took me one whole hour from the time I approached the front desk until the time I was finally fully settled in my room. That is completely unacceptable. I completed an initial survey indicating my displeasure with the check-in process. I received a call from someone at the hotel feigning interest in my issues. I sent that person a text message but never heard back from her. As I said before, I will NEVER stay there again, and I will never recommend the property to anyone.
