Let the huge, 3800-square-foot Wind Chimes ring your vacation bell. Recent additions add to comfort and entertainment, including new comforters for all beds, brand-new ceiling fans, and Roku TV sets that include streaming cable through Spectrum, upgraded high-speed internet equipped to handle multiple devices, and sleek kitchen appliances like a brand-new microwave (2024).

The ground level has a basketball goal, carport, good concrete parking, easy ocean access (walk 1 minute to the beach!), and a pool with decking and a hot tub. The first level has good outside decking, a laundry area, and a well-furnished game room with wet bar, fridge, pool table, and three new arcade machines with multiple game options per machine. The second living level has an inviting den with a TV. This level also has three main bedroom suites with private bathrooms. The third-level great room with a fireplace, tall cathedral ceiling, and miles of wraparound glass is an American beauty. The all-equipped kitchen with oak cabinetry, breakfast bar, and a nearby dining area will provide memorable sunset dining experiences. Kitchen upgrades include a new kitchen refrigerator with an ice maker and a new glass-top stove (2023). Use the new propane grill to add charred favorites to the menu. Conversations will begin in the stylish and comfortable living/entertainment area and grow on the wide ocean sundeck. Wind Chimes never misses a vacation beat.

Great home layout inside and awesome location outside. We could spend time at the pool and hot tub or do the really shirt walk to the beach. The beach is pretty secluded with the location. If you prefer, on a rough weather day you n the beach, a short drive down the road to the bay side. Convince stores almost across the road!!

Dirty and not well maintained

First of all, the location of this property is great. You have easy access to the beach as well as being in close proximity to shops and restaurants. That being said, this property is poorly maintained and dirty. The pictures online do not provide an accurate depiction of this house. The pool table is covered in stains, some of which may or may not be bodily fluids and at least four out of the six pockets were torn. The pool area was littered with pool toys and the pool itself was peeling up on the bottom. The furniture in the living room was noticeably stained. The kitchen counters and table had food particles on them and needed to be cleaned when we arrived. One of the two dishwashers was rusted with broken pieces throughout. Along the deck there are numerous nails protruding from the stairs. Two of the deck access door locks were broken with one being secured with a random picture that was jammed in the door. The sad part is that this property could be great with a little upkeep and consideration for cleanliness. When I expressed my concerns to the company that owns the property, I was given and generic response with an email to send info to. I did that and have yet to receive a response. For the above reasons, I can not recommend this property. I can provide pictures if needed.

We truly enjoyed this property for thanksgiving. They left pots and accessories to prepare our meal. This property had every amenity that you could need. We were very pleased. My family plans to stay here next year. Thank you for making our staff very comfortable!

Family stay July 7-14th 2019

This house had a great location to both town and beach. The only thing is that it needs some TLC. Pool was pretty worn in spots and made it look dirty. Should be painted also concrete separated from edge of pool. For this size house. Gill should be bigger. Either add a gas grill or another charcoal one.
