On-site amenities include a pool and private boardwalk to one of the best beaches in the outer banks. You'll love being located within easy walking distance of the Avon Fishing Pier, many restaurants, and Club Hatteras. There is also supermarket access minutes down the street.

The combination living, dining, and kitchen areas are well furnished, spacious, and comfortable to provide you with the necessities while you enjoy your stay in Avon. The primary suite boasts a Jacuzzi tub and direct access to a balcony. Come to the Island for your vacation.

This condo is on the first level up one two sets of stairs of the Islander Condominiums.

Condo was beautiful within a short walk to the beach. Had an issue with entry but Vacasa was very helpful.We had a great time and I would stay here again .

Excellent location!

We loved this condo so much. It was clean and looked exactly as the pictures showed. The proximity to the beach was perfect. We would stay here again anytime, it had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation.

Amazing Honeymoon

Islander unit 10

I realize that we rented this unit only 1 month out but still here are the comments. Dirty dishes in cupboard which meant we had to wash everything we used in dishwasher first. 3 bladed ceiling fan in main room when turned on higher than slow, the fan mount looked like it might fly off the ceiling. Only one fan in entire unit, problem because air conditioning on last legs. Very stuffy in the evenings. My daughter rented adjacent unit from a private individual much nicer and less money, fyi. Internet was WOEFULLY slow. I used my daughter's next door wireless through the wall still 5x faster than the one in our unit , good thing as I had an important zoom meeting that had no chance with the internet in unit 10. Toilet tank lid in one bathroom broken in half and propped on top of the toilet. Appears the wrong flushing parts are wrong because they BANG against the lid inside the tank every time it was flushed. Mattresses were all soiled. I could go on but that is probably enough. Unit is badly outdated. I have rented several properties with VRBO over the years with no complaint. Little surprised you have it in your properties. On the plus side the location was good, back steps from the unit were very helpful, pool was nice. Thank you.

Mini vacation

We enjoyed our stay in your condo. A little mini vacay before our daughter goes off to college. Everything was fine just a couple things to note. 1) you may want to invest in some better kitchen knives. yours are extremely dull. Also measuring cups and spoons. The hinge on one of the cabinet doors on the island needs repair. Lastly i did not care for the staff at hatteras reality. I thought they were rude when i called prior to our trip to ask a couple questions. Woman on the phone acted as if i was troubling her. Also, not clear on how to get our passes for the peir. If you look at the reality companies website you will see their lack of hospitality is a common thread. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and would consider staying again.

Perfect for our family

This condo was exactly what we were looking for. Cozy, close to the beach, and the decor was super fun for our little ones who love sea life. Avon is a hidden gem in OBX. Only thing I wished for was some better pots / pans. Will know to bring better quality next time, chipped Teflon was disappointing, however everything else was great.
