The living room includes a comfortable one-and-a-half-person sofa bed and an open-concept kitchen equipped with an oven and all the necessary amenities. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. The apartment is fully equipped to accommodate 4–5 people, with Wi-Fi throughout the property, a TV, air conditioning, and an outdoor parking space in a video-monitored area. If needed, the apartment can be connected to the adjacent apartment (PALAZZO NICASTRO gh - Red House apartment) via a connecting door, increasing its capacity to 8–10 people (ideal for two families wishing to share a vacation while maintaining their privacy at all times). Just 65 meters from the apartment is the bus stop for buses coming from Catania, Ragusa, and neighboring towns. The FFSS train station is 500 meters from the property, while the entrance to the E45 highway, heading toward Ispica (RG) or Catania, is 5,200 meters away.
