Très belle villa

Cet hébergement est très bien, belle villa confortable et au calme, les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits confortables, la piscine est très agréable. Quelques points d’amélioration : il n’y avait que 2 transats et en mauvais état. Le barbecue est vraiment ridicule pour une villa pouvant accepter 6 personnes. Au niveau ustensiles de cuisine il n’y a pas beaucoup de choses, manque plats allant au four, grille pain, bouilloire, micro ondes. Situé sur la colline, à 15 min des plages et des commerces d’Avola.

Fantastic house to go with the family

We rent the house for one week with the family and friends. The house is new and excellent to go with kids because they have room to play and swim outside. The owner, Davide, was nice and was always available.

Professional host

Davide informed me 3 days before arrival that he had water damage and our stay in the villa couldn’t go through. He booked our group another villa (Nicer and more expensive) 200 meters from his accomodation. Very professional host. Would recommend

Location of house in advertisement was incorrect

Watch out. The host entered a wrong location in the advertisement in our case. The location was shown to be at the foot of the hills in Avola while it was actually on top of the hills. Given the steep curves and serpentines to get up the hill this makes a huge difference as it takes about 15 min by car to climb down to Avola. After a week we had enough and wanted to leave. Host first agreed to reimburse the remaining days, but of course the money never arrived.

Excellent Séjour à Avola antica

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Avola, maison, impeccable, spacieuse très agréable à vivre, superbe piscine et magnifique jardin, propriété très bien tenue, excellent point de chute pour sillonner la région et ses multiples richesses culturelles et naturelles. Les hôtes sont très attentionnés (dépots de produits régionaux, suggestions de transats de plus et peut-être préciser les horaires d'utilisation de la piscine (9H à 13H30 et de 16H à 19H) sur le site. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.
