A fully exterior-facing apartment, very sunny and bright, with its own parking space in a building located in a quiet, elevated area of Avilés (between Quirinal and El Carbayedo), with all kinds of amenities nearby and just 600 meters from the historic district and the main shopping area. It features one bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub (a crib is available upon request), and another bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower next door; a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and dishes. Separate kitchen with all new appliances, including a dishwasher and cleaning supplies.
Parking space in the -2 basement level, accessible via two elevators.
We’ve equipped the apartment with everything we (as travelers ourselves) think guests might need, and if anything is missing, we’ll provide it quickly since we live nearby.
We can pick up guests arriving by plane, train, or bus.
ALL GUESTS MUST FILL OUT THE REGISTRATION FORM TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE NATIONAL POLICE STATION, as required by law.
