While it retains its vintage roots, we have updated the comforts that matter most. It offers a breezy, unpretentious place to unwind just steps from the ocean.

Location, location, location... This unit is one of the best in Avila Beach looking at price vs location. My wife and I were traveling with our 10 lb dog. It was a fisherman's cottage in a previous life so the size is small but for the two of us and out little dog it was just perfect. We will definitely be back.
