Wilfried and Nathalie welcome you to La Germenière, in a pretty farmhouse in the countryside halfway between Le Mans and Sablé/Sarthe, so you can come and recharge your batteries in a bucolic setting.
You will enjoy a terrace and a large garden not overlooked to party without disturbing the neighbors, and to spend good times with family and friends to create beautiful memories.

The house is composed as follows:
- On the ground floor, a kitchen (fitted and equipped) open to the living room, a bedroom with 1 160X200 bed and its private bathroom (Italian shower), separate WC.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms each with 1 160X200 bed, 1 dormitory room with 4 90X200 beds, a bathroom, separate WC.
