Great boutique Hotel. Great location, clean, friendly staff, and a comfortable bed. Lots of space to stretch out as the rings are massive for a European hotel. The only complaint is that the rooms are massive but they made the bathrooms incredibly small. We would've rather a bit more space for getting ready when traveling. We'd stay here again and recommend it to friends.

This is a pleasant little hotel in a good location. The buffet breakfast was quite slow-going and we had to ask for things to be topped up each day. Otherwise we very much enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic place to stay on our trip from Porto to Lisbon. The staff was so friendly and accommodating - even made us reservations for a boat ride and dinner. And the room itself was beautiful.

Room was clean n very comfortable! Staff were wonderful and very friendly and helpful! The upstairs bar and lounge with lovely terrace was relaxing, well stocked and offered a beautiful view of Aveiro, In all my many travels this hotel was the most friendly and most relaxed we have stayed in. Very friendly and helpful staff! The woman at the front desk helped us get parking and was very helpful in finding a restaurant for the night. Much appreciated. The hotel is an old residiential estate, which means that the rooms are very different and let's say "unique" in how they're laid out. This means that privacy with regards to showering and using the bathroom is non-existant. However, the location is very central in Aveiro and the hotel as a whole is very charming.

Great location but I suggest to tell the staff exactly at what time you are getting there as there isn’t someone manning reception. Overall service was not bad but not super friendly. Hotel was clean and well designed.

The Air conditioning in our room was not working, we were forced to sleep with the sliding door open. Between the noise from the street below and the kitchen right next door, we were unable to get much rest.
