The room was old with many of the bedding and couch appears to be worn or quite old. The walls were so thin that we can hear our neighbors pretty well. The refrigerator was so old, the motor was super loud and kept me up. I understand it is on an island so 3 star is the best I can give.

Don't stay here unless you bring a toolkit. Every window on our floor was cracked, filled with epoxy and left that way. Plumbing rusty, many missing tiles in shower, checking in was wait, wait, wait for a room that had been cleaned. It smelled so bad we left the cracked sliding door open for hours. View? not bad, but couldn't open the blinds. Employees try, it's not their fault.

Room is dated. Nice balcony with view. Ridiculously cheap furnishings. Dishwasher broke, stove top broke. Eventually hot water broke. Kitchen utensils inadequate for most things. No wine opener, blender, large pan or usable knife. Ten dollars at a dollar store would improve this set up by 50%. No service entire time. Was able to get more tiny towels though. Location is nice.

There was no beach view. The office was only open from 9 or 10 to 5. Those were the hours of the hot tub as well. I got no response about a hair dryer. The place was out dated and a bit run down.

Front desk and Staff were excellent. Great customer service. Very accommodating for visitors with our ferry schedules. The property is fair priced, clean, but is showing some wear. Stayed one night, no complaints. Five star rating is given for the customer service experience.

The room was comfortable and the view fantastic. The value was excellent but the room could stand some re-design (lots of wasted space) and very minor repairs. We would take this room again at a heartbeat. Staff was very helpful and attentive.

There was no scenic view and there was no bar. Checked our bags in early and were told when we came back at 4pm, room would be ready and it wasn’t. We waited another 30 minutes. The room had a damp smell to it. Walls had cracks in them, there was water damage, carpet was ripped, bathroom floor was damaged, baseboards were damaged, furniture was damaged, we had no hot water on Saturday morning, cobwebs in the window sill, went to use the coffee maker and there was a used pod in the machine from who knows when. Disgusting! My wife and I were afraid to set our luggage down let alone sit down on any of the furniture. The pictures on the website do not match what we were expecting.
