The check out is 10am. If guests would like to request a late noon check out it is $199 and also subject to availability and managers approval.
There are no open flames, glitter or confetti allowed. No parties , smoking or loud music.
You can’t hang any towels over the balcony per the HOA rules.

Million dollar view! What an amazing spot. I brought a book to read and didnt even touch it because the view was so outstanding. The lay out was perfect for my husband and two teenage girls. The balcony is so big , you are able to sit and enjoy the cliffside ocean view from all seating spots. We did go to vons and buy some food thankfully in the golf cart provided. I was worried that it was going to be too hot since there is no A/C, but it cools off at night beautifully that windows and fans are enough. Such a relaxing getaway. We will return!!!

Beautiful property with amazing views. The included golf cart was a major plus. My only complaint is that there are several flights of very steep stairs to get to the unit, which was not disclosed on the listing. I would stay here again.

All in all, a beautiful place to stay. We enjoyed it. However, Be ready for lot of stairs, no air conditioning, or black out curtains. Also the 6 person golf cart would not make it up the hill with 4 adults and 2 small children
