Perched above the Pacific in Hamilton Cove - Catalina Island's gated coastal community in Avalon - this oceanview villa puts the island at your fingertips from the moment you arrive. Salt air drifts through the hillside setting, open water stretches across every sightline, and tucked into the driveway is your 2020 EZGO electric golf cart, ready to carry you through Avalon at whatever pace the island calls for.
 
Sleeping arrangements
The villa sleeps up to 4 guests across two sleeping areas. A Cariloha king bed anchors the bedroom, while a sofa bed in the living area comfortably accommodates the rest of your group. Bed linens, hangers, clothing storage, and an on-site washer are all provided - so you can pack light and stay longer.
 
Living space
Mahogany hardwood floors and limestone finishes give the interior a grounded, coastal warmth that feels right at home on the California shore. The open living area moves easily from morning to evening: TV, Wifi, and Alexa voice-enabled features let you dial in exactly the level of connection you want. A ceiling fan, portable fans, and heating keep the atmosphere comfortable no matter what the coast decides to do outside.
 
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen means flexibility is always on the menu. A refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher handle the fundamentals, while a blender, toaster, baking sheet, barbecue utensils, and wine glasses take care of the details. Hamilton Cove is a gated community set along the Avalon coastline - a secure, peaceful base with easy access to everything Catalina Island has to offer. Please note that exterior security cameras are in place at the front door and patio, and the Hamilton Cove community maintains cameras in all common areas.
