I believe that when I booked my room I should have been told that they had no hot water. The same thing happened in Jan when I stayed there. I traveled from north of Kansas City and when my sister passed away my family booked three rooms and then they called and said no hot water. There was no other place to stay in town and we had no choice. Staff did not seem to care as they just said it is what it is. That it had been that way for months. This is not the way to build business or to run a business. I have been a super 8 member for years and I will not ever stay in another.

So going in I knew that there was not going to be any hot water and still I stayed. I was told at the front desk that I would be getting 20% discount. Since I had paid with Expedia I would have to get it back from them. When I called they said no I had to get it from Super 8. Needless to say it’s a classic he said she said and I know I will not see my discount. We stayed 2 nights and they didn’t not make the bed between the 2. Some of the furniture was so stained up we were afraid to sit down. I will say the staff at night let us sit in the lobby and eat dinner with the rest of our family. I hope there is no reason that I will have to stay again.
