Each unit, boasting two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, can comfortably accommodate up to six guests, with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy panoramic views of the pristine lake from the comfort of the wrap-around decks. Unwind in our exquisite cave deck swimming pool and hot tub, a true marvel to behold.

The units are equipped with central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable, wood-burning fireplaces, and fully-equipped kitchens, complete with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove, and microwave. All linens are included, and guests need only bring their beach towels. Charcoal grills and picnic tables are available under the shade of the magnificent live oaks.

Adjacent to the charming Lakeway Marina, this property is an amazing location for any traveler. Our stay

The view and location is beautiful however, I was VERY disappointed that alcohol and smoking is allowed in the pool!! I had grandchildren wanting to swim but did not feel comfortable in that environment!!!! Should be family friendly. Also, there were large and baby roaches in the condo which was very disgusting. I would like a partial reimbursement.

Perfect for a small group!

I tried to book this on a weekend, and had some difficulty. There is a 24 hour window for the property manager to confirm the reservation and since she does not work weekends, the attempts were declined each time until Monday when she contacted me. I recommend they switch it to instant book on VRBO. I just have never had this issue so it was frustrating. The villa, however was perfect for a small group! We had 2 adults and 4 kids (ages 8-12). Very clean, excellent location. Met a friend with a boat so I didn't have to hassle with parking a boat off site, but the property manager did send info on that. Pool is small but the kids had fun playing Marco Polo! Cute balcony overlooking the cove and super close to Lakeway Marina! We would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing

The cottage is cozy, the area is really quit and relaxing. It was the perfect spot for the family quality time we needed. We would definitely rent it again. The marina offers all sorts of affordable water activities and we had a blast. The only thing we didn't find close is a fishing spot.
