Room was nice and amenities as described. Would have earned a perfect score, but cleaning staff knocked on my door at 8am (check out is at noon). They wouldn't stop knocking until I got out of bed and told them I was still sleeping. I picked this hotel because it had a late check out, but that's a useless feature if cleaning staff are randomly knocking on all of the doors early in the morning (yes, I saw them do this). There needs to be better coordination between management and cleaning staff. Shouldn't be hard to find out which rooms are vacant if they actually communicate. Hopefully management doesn't read this and blame the cleaning staff, this was their lack of organization and leadership. Not hard to relay which guests have actually checked out via a cheap walkie talkie. Do your job front desk and communicate with your staff!

The hotel was generally very nice. Mattress was a little soft - felt like we rolled toward the center. The cover was warmer than we like. Toilet seat was broken at the back -- had to watch to not fall off.

No one was a check in desk any time we came up and we had to wait. Manager was rude. Did not give us the right rooms that we had booked over a month in advance. Was not told of the $150 pet fee for 1 small 5 pound dog also they added $7 parking fee that we were not aware of until checking in. We will never come back again.
