The bathroom door did not close. Not level. Diswasher was halfway out not secured under counter top. Entryway floors were very dirty w/ huge sticky spots. Front of refrigerator was all beaten up. Place needs talot of attention.

There is a $7.00 parking fee... on an open parking lot! And the pet fee was higher than the nigtly stay... makes no sense

The Room is a fully equipped efficiency apartment, with Fridge, range, toaster, cooking ware, pans, etc. walking distance to several Restaurants and Movie Theater. My Wife and I loved, this our second time Staying there. We will come back since is very close to my mother in law ‘s house!
