"The Tiny" is a custom designed and built tiny home. Every square inch of the space is utilized to perfection. It's a great choice for couples or solo travelers looking for simple, stylish, and unique accommodations.

You will enjoy the entire spacious, light-filled, cozy tiny home all to yourselves.

-Kitchenette-
This tiny home features a full kitchenette stocked with all the essentials! There’s no need to bring anything as we provide cooking and eating utensils along with pots and pans. Cook your favorite meal on the 2 burner stove top. We also added a coffee maker and coffee supplies for those who want to brew a fresh cup and enjoy the morning air.

-Bathroom-
You won’t believe how spacious the bathroom feels! Enjoy a full stand-up shower and bathroom with lots of space to move around and plenty of storage for toiletries. Towels are also provided.

-Bed-
The loft is equipped with a comfortable queen size bed with enough space to sit up. The stairs are easy to get up and down.

-Common Area-
The tiny home is equipped with a table next to the entrance, perfect for eating inside or setting up your laptop. There are also plenty of sockets to plug in electronics or charge phones. Shelves are located near the kitchen area for additional storage. Melt into the comfy couch and watch some Netflix on the mounted 55" smart TV.

The home is located behind the main house but is very private and has separate parking and outdoor space. The neighborhood is a quiet, safe, residential area within a 5-10 minute drive to downtown Austin and walking distance to many cool places.

There is plenty of space in the alley driveway. House is in the ALLEY.

Is The Tiny a true tiny home?
Yes. The home was built by a female welder. The dimensions are 8ft x 28 ft. It is really amazing what can be done in that space!

Is the space wheelchair friendly?
There are a few steps up to the front door. The bed is in a loft that is up some tiny/home type stairs.

How do I check in?
A day or two before your arrival, we send the details for your check in: address, door code, wifi info. You will be able to come and go using a code. If you have issues with the code, let us know and we will get you a physical key.

Is a pack/play or high chair available?
Yes! If you let us know ahead of time, we can have the pack n play and/or high chair waiting for you at the house.

Can I extend a stay?
To extend a stay, you can request through the app or message us. We will check the calendar then send confirmation with the new payout.

Can I change or cancel my reservation?
We have a moderate cancellation policy. It may vary a bit between platforms, but usually 5 days prior to arrival guests may receive a full refund. If a guests wants to make changes within the five days arrival or after arrival, we cannot provide a refund.

Are pets allowed?
Although we love pets, since this is such a small space and the bed is lofted, we do not feel it is safe to have pets in the space.


Are there extra pillows?
We provided two pillows per person. For instance, a queen bed will have four sleeping pillows. We leave plenty of extra blankets as well.

Are extra guests allowed?
If you have a few (2-3) friends pop over, this is not an issues. If you have extra guests sleeping over or more than five guests for an event, please ask and we can asses:)

Is smoking allowed outside?
Yes, you are welcome to smoke outside the space. Please pick up cigarette butts. Smoking inside the home would result in a 250.00 fee for cleaning and possible blocking nights for other guests.

Could we leave our luggage?
We are able to store luggage in the space for two hours before or after check in. Let us know so our cleaners are not surprised. Our carpart is also a safe option for leaving bags for a longer time period. Just let us know. There is also a service (usebounce) that is an option for storing bags.

Are a washer and dryer available?
Yes. The washer/dryer is in the bathroom area and it is a washer/dryer in one machine. A cycle takes a LONG time but gets the job done.

Could I have an early check-in or late checkout?
We can arrange up to a two hour early check in or late check out. The fee is $20 per hour.

What is a MUST do in Austin?
We love Barton Springs (especially in warmer months). South Congress has so much in a close proximity. Park close to Jo’s Coffee and stroll from there (shopping, cafes, music!). Vera Cruz tacos are really the best Austin has! Our Capital is gorgeous and very work a drive by!
