Super Helpful & Accommodating

We had some trouble initially with entertainment system stuff, but we had assistance lickety split. Monique is super friendly, helpful & responsive. Her maintenance guy is also awesome. The house is AMAZING. Beautiful & great location!

Not As Expected

While, this property has good bones and could be great with some more effort - we were pretty disappointed for a variety of reasons. First and foremost, the property was not at the level of cleanliness we'd expect for a VRBO. There were cobwebs in corners, filthy fan blades in the master bedroom, dust + dirt under dressers completely visible, a dirty toilet in the second bathroom, bathroom floors that had clearly not been vacuumed, etc. We were excited to use the wine fridge for our girls weekend, only to notice it had been unplugged and sitting stagnant. When we plugged it in and opened the doors, it reeked of mold and was clear it hadn't been properly used or cleaned in some time. We had several snafus that occurred during our stay. While I realize things happen - these are homes - we didn't get so much as a single apology from the owner for any of the mishaps. We had a kitchen sink that backed up + a dishwasher that overflowed. The towels we used to clean up and subsequently washed weren't able to try because the dryer wasn't working. A handyman was sent over to address the dryer issue and we were told this has happened several times. When we arrived, we weren't not able to use the sliding back doors to enter the backyard. After reaching out to the owner, she mentioned the door had been broken by a previous guest and a part was on-order. Totally fine, but it would have been nice to be told about this prior to checking in. The backyard is filled with weeds and unkept.

Amazing place!

Myself and some friends had a fantastic experience at this house! It was very spacious and had all the amenities we could have needed. The host was very communicative and friendly, and it's got a very distinct aesthetic feel that lives up to it's name. Definitely recommend!
