I would not recommend staying here. Upon arrival, I found more than 20 dead flies scattered throughout the apartment, along with what appeared to be rodent droppings. I had specifically booked this property because I needed access to a kitchen during a business trip, and given the sanitation concerns, I did not feel comfortable preparing food or staying in the unit. I immediately documented the issues with photos, contacted management, and left without staying overnight. Unfortunately, the situation was handled poorly afterward. Communication was slow, responses were delayed, and despite reporting the issues right away and never using the accommodation, I was only offered a partial refund. Beyond the cleanliness concerns, the property felt dated and not particularly well maintained. There was even someone’s Taco Bell door dash on the porch that look like it had been there for weeks. Overall, this was a disappointing experience due not only to the condition of the unit but also to the lack of urgency and customer service when the issues were reported.
