It is truly the best of both worlds! The space is ideal for traveling professionals, relocations and extended stays, where you want both convenience and a place that actually feels like home.
The home is one side of a fully separate duplex, but you’ll have complete privacy with your own entrance, garage and fenced backyard. There are no shared indoor spaces.
Parking & Access
You’ll have a one-car garage plus driveway parking (2 total vehicles), which is a big advantage in this area. Free street parking is also available for additional vehicles or visitors.
Outdoor Space
Enjoy a private fenced backyard with patio seating and bistro lighting — perfect for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening.
