The price was by far the best value, which is what sealed me going. I have learned that this is a new establishment and they are doing some really good things to maintain that value. The staff were amazing, Jasmine in particular was really great. Very attentive to anything we needed and was a great person to talk to as well. The two things that made it an "average" was noise and the parking. The bar next door is loud until 2am on the weekends, and the trash is also emptied almost nightly at 3am. These two things basically meant I was awoken every morning. While I had no issues since I paid for parking for our entire duration, if this was a full place it would be a nightmare. Even with only a few guests it got a little tight. If there were no noise issues and parking was better planned this would have been a 4/5 bordering on a 5/5 due to the price of the room and the attentiveness of the staff. Appreciated the stay and enjoyed the staff.

This was a great stay with Kasa. They made it easy with the virtual check in process. I loved the location on East 6th St. There were tons of great options for food in walking distance. The unit was very clean. The staff was very helpful with any questions and the roof top has awesome views of the downtown area.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Studio Haus. The room was spotlessly clean and beautifully designed, providing a super comfortable base for my Austin trip. The location is incredible—everything I needed was just a short walk away. Seamless check-in and check-out, and the vibe was perfect for a solo traveler. Highly recommend!

Great location and great “hotel”. There are so many open spots to sit on the property too! About a mile walk to the “1am exciting bars” but really they are everywhere. Only thing we would like to see different is a little More spunk in the rental. Add some art or even a mirror would be nice!

The studio Haus felt very much like I lived in the neighborhood. The free laundry is an essential amenity when traveling- especially since I’d been traveling for over a week! To not have to pay to bring it somewhere was great. The room had the essentials I needed and the common areas are very helpful, clean and useful!

It was very loud - I kind of knew but would have been nice with a heads up. Some of the towels had stains and the sheets were very wrinkled giving it a less than tidy look. There was also a heavy smell of cleaning products in a toxic way.

This is a studio-hotel. It's a studio condo. It comes with a washing machine, stove, sink, dishwasher, cabinets, bathroom, full tub, a bed and large screen TV. There is a free to use laundry room with dryer. Very ideal for traveling. The kitchen is even stocked with silverware, cups, and plates. The location is on 6th Street East, which is right in the heart of the nightlife of downtown Austin. The only thing to be aware of is there is a bar next door, Whisler's, which plays music very loud and very late. Sometimes early in the morning. Not a problem if you came to party or are a sound sleeper like me. If you're a light sleeper you may need earplugs (which they can provide) or a different location. This is 6th Street after all!
