Not so clean as expected

I have been in other Studio 6 before but in this one I didn't like the cleanliness. When we woke up there was a lot humidity in the floor for not reason.

On my first night staying there, my tools got stolen. I went to the office in the morning to see if they could help me report it, but it was closed. Looks like they don’t open early. I went back later and they didn’t want to help. Honestly, I felt really let down by how they handled it.

The guy who works for this property is all out rude and not professional at all, along with the little Asian lady. I am a manager as well and these two were very unprofessional and need to be taken back into training. Other than that my experience over all is 7 out of 10
