There is no toiletries except for a bar of soap, they have vending machines of snacks and drinks, keep in mind they were mid empty, no water in the room. Half the mattress is on a square of wood and the other suspended with two legs. The mattress moves to the side. It is ok for the price and closeness to airport, a Starbucks is a 8 min walk away. Staff were attentive. Bags are not held after check out. And rooms are not cleaned except certain days for certain floors.

There's no shampoo or conditioner or body wash or dryer in the room. The room smells bad. I spent $824 for 2 nights on this during F1 season and it makes me feel really bad. However it does have a micro kitchen and dining area. Shower cubicle has seats.

I would have given a 5 star review as the Hotel was clean and staff friendly. But unfortunately the room I was given (302)had very limited access to the internet (just one corner of the room) anywhere else in the room the connection kept dropping out every 30 seconds. This was not great when you have business meetings on line!

I enjoyed my stay at this motel. I usually always book it with my trip trips to Austin was my sister. Everything was great. Front desk was very nice and helpful when I needed anything. I appreciate everything.

My stay here was actually quite nice. The room was well kept and clean. Bathroom was nice with fresh towels daily and fast hot water in all the faucets. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. Only complaint would be that if you are planning on walking or taking the bus that there is a good bit of homeless folks in the area. None ever bothered me though.

The best place with a number in its name.

The best staff I have ever seen. They take pride in their work. The rooms are very clean and well kept. Even the maintenance man addressed my question immediately. The front desk staff during the overnight shift makes sure the guests are safe and well protected.

The property itself is in a good location, but as soon as I walked in, there’s stuff that is really dirty. All the furnishings are really dirty. The room was relatively clean, but a lot of the appliances in the kitchen where in rough condition.
