1. No smoking of any kind ($350 fine).
2. Quiet hours after 10 PM (city ordinance).
3. No parties or events allowed.
4. Minimum booking age is 25.
5. The cleaning fee covers preparation before your arrival. Excessive cleaning required after checkout may result in an additional fee based on time needed. Guests are expected to dispose of trash and return items to their original locations.
6. Check-out is at 11 AM. Departures after this time without prior approval will incur a full additional night`s charge.
7. A digital House Manual will be emailed to you a few days before your stay. It includes check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, appliance info, and more.
8. Dogs are allowed upon approval. Maximum of two small dogs, 35 lbs or less. Cats are not permitted. A one-time pet cleaning fee of $85 applies. If notice is not provided at least 48 hours prior to check-in, the fee increases to $105. Dogs must be crated when left unattended, are not permitted on furniture, and may not be left outside unsupervised. Owners are responsible for any damages.
