Welcome to The Franklin House in Central Austin TX! The 6-bedrooms consist of 2 townhomes in a 3-unit DUPLEX. The entire property is freshly staged with brand new, high-end furniture. After a day of sightseeing in the city, a music festival, or a game at FC Austin, your group will enjoy with fully fenced outdoor area with grill, yard games and plenty of seating. Furnished with 6 queen beds, and 2 king beds, there is ample sleeping space for 16 guests!

There will be 2 parking spaces available to you as well as two 1 car garages.

Franklin A (2-stories)
Bedroom 1 (Downstairs) - King Bed, full bathroom next to, but not in, the bedroom.

While the property is listed as a duplex what it doesn't mention is that the listing is actually 2 halfs of the building that dont connect, and there are residents in a 3rd upstairs property, while there is enough parking our first night the residents cars took up most of the driveway and we could barley fit our second vehicle. The pool was only half full and dirty, there were gross stains that looked like old blood on one of the shower curtains, the shampoo and body wash were leaking down the side of one of the showers, it looked like it had been that way for a while because there was some soapscum build up around it. Other than that it was fine. While i didn't mind it i will probably be looking for a different place to stay next time im in Austin.
