Just minutes away, you’ll find popular attractions like the University of Texas campus, Mueller Lake Park, The Triangle, and the vibrant shops and dining along North Loop and Burnet Road. With its close proximity to downtown Austin, Hyde Park offers the perfect balance of peaceful residential living and easy access to the city’s best culture, entertainment, and outdoor experiences.



Getting Around:

We recommend that guests rent a car during your stay in Austin as many of Austin’s best attractions and fun things to do are scattered around the city and much more convenient when accessed by car. While there are certainly public transportation options such as buses and individual transportation options such as scooters/bikes/mopeds, these options are mainly convenient and readily available around the downtown Austin area and quickly becomes sparse even a couple miles outside of city center. Rideshare apps such as Uber and Lyft are also great options but expenses can quickly add up as Austin rideshare rates are on the higher end and can surge very high during busy times, such as 2AM on weekends and during large events such as SXSW, conferences, F1, etc.

Same-day bookings are required to provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification check criteria.



★ Other Things to Note ★



- We would love to welcome guests who book our apartment the same day of their arrival, but please be aware that your check-in may be a bit delayed (to as late as 7 pm) as we rush to prepare the unit for your arrival. Guests who book more than 24 hours in advance will be able to check-in by 4 pm.

- We provide all of our guests a starter kit of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, etc. Guests can purchase any additional consumables from nearby grocery stores that you think you might need during your stay beyond what's included in the starter kit.

- The apartment complex may run maintenance as they see fit at any time. Please be aware.

- Please be aware that Texas is known for having all sorts of bugs and creatures, especially during the summer, that wander around and can sometimes get into the home. Bugs and creatures such as silverfish, earwigs, cockroaches/waterbugs, scorpions, spiders, wasps, mosquitoes, flies, snails, moths, ants, etc. are all very common in Texas and the South in general, and might show up in the home from time-to-time. The presence of a few of these critters does not indicate any sort of infestation in the home, as usually it's just the critters trying to escape the blistering heat or the freezing cold like everyone else.

- For longer term stays over 30 days, guests are required to pay for monthly full-home cleaning services at $100/clean. This requirement cannot be waived and must be paid prior to each monthly cleaning service.

- A $200 security deposit is required as part of the check-in process. This deposit is held to cover any incidentals or potential damages during your stay and will be refunded after check-out, provided no issues are identified. Guests also have the option to pay a non-refundable $35 damage waiver add-on that can cover up to a specified amount of accidental damage in lieu of the security deposit.



Pets ARE allowed depending on size and are subject to pet fees. Please let us know beforehand and add the pet count to the reservation and be upfront about bringing a pet to avoid cancellation.

Great stay. Property looked just as pictured and adorably decorated. with a few minor cosmetic details with wall patching. The host was very quick to respond to any questions I had. Having a washer and dryer was a HUGE plus for me as well as the location. The walls were a little thin and picked up noise from people passing and I could hear what I am assuming is the barn door on the bathroom wall from the neighboring unit closing from time to time. The neighborhood was beautiful and felt safe. I would have given it 5 star’s although parking was free and the unit was great for taking pictures. Especially if you like to post on social media and need a great background prop. As a guest I personally prefer white sheets and towels. However, plenty of towels and rags were provided along with laundry detergent pods. I tend to bring my own towels and rags when away from home. The washer and dryer allows you to wash when it’s time to change out. The dimly lighted, tight cramped parking lot. Directly in front of the building is the reason for the 4 stars. However, there is additional parking on the other side more in the open and less cramped that I took advantage of during the remainder of my stay. I would definitely stay again.
