Great communication via text. There are 3 different codes you need handy to enter the building and apartment which was a little bit of a pain. We stayed in a studio apartment with a Murphy bed. I would have loved either a coffee table or a side table for when we were on the sofa watching tv for my coffee. Other than that, great stay, great room and staff.

The location and outside appearance is outstanding on this unit but the check in process was very complex with multiple codes, lockboxes and key fobs. The building is modern but spartan with concrete floors in the halls and very small rooms. Be prepared to hear the party outside and to hear your neighbors. The real disappointment was our room had a strong foul odor that would not go away.

Great Location ... just a lot to do for a room

The Stay PROS: + Room was nice. + Area was popping ++ Balcony was a plus ++ Location was great(never had to rush anywhere +++ Emme was the biggest help and Delight there & im thankfuk for her 🙌 CONS: - Microwave & Stove didnt work - No Hot Water - it lukewarm at Best - No Hot Tub (Regular bathtub) - Some people made it known that they didnt want us there. - Check-in was horrible (Go through the double doors and dont use screen) - Parking was terrible without prior knowledge (you need to go get your key, then get the parking pass from the room then go park in the garage for the $20/day parking) Austin Itinerary: - Roosevelt Room (10mins away via car - wasnt very attentive to us maybe b/c we were black idk but it was mi birthday and they acted as if we wasnt there ... 3/10) - Spicy Boys (Right across the street - sooo good had to get a couple of orders. super nice people and quick too, not too spicy just enough to leave you wanting more... 10/10) - The Low Down ( The music lured me in and the rain and music mixed kept me there for over an hour ... 8/10) - The Lucky Duck (The music lured me in and kept me there for over an hour ... 10/10) - VooDoo ( The music was perfecr and loud, stripper poles, free to do whatever ... 15/10) All were amazing and gave different vibes and it was great

This property is an interesting concept that felt like a combination of an Extended Stay Hotel, beach condo and hip apt complex for young professionals. It was very noisy at night with loud music at all hours, doors slamming and poor sound-proofing. The staff was wonderful! The room was clean except for floors - which needed a mop! It worked fine for this solo trip for a family wedding, but as a mid-50s professional, I would not choose it again.

Favorite stay in Austin!

I've never bad such amazing hospitality. They accommodated me when I only had a paper ID, i couldn't check in online and most hotels would have just pushed me away. But they let me email my paper ID and checked in for me. As well as happily helping me with parking and waved the fee since I was helping AFD testing!

There was an odor when we arrived, the next day it was worse. We requested that they look to see if the odor was from the water heater area and the kitchen window had spider webs, we asked for it to be cleaned. The odor was fixed as soon as requested, the spider webs were not. The staff was always very pleasant.
