Disliked: Cleanliness
Unfortunately, we were unable to access the property at all. The host never responded to multiple messages or calls on the day of check-in, and we never received entry instructions. This left us without accommodations upon arrival and required last-minute relocation, which caused us to lose a full day of our trip dealing with the situation. Very disappointed experience due to a complete lack of communication.
