The Space:

Soft morning light filters through the windows as the city eases into the day, and the apartment feels calm and grounded—a quiet place to reset after exploring Austin’s vibrant streets. In the evening you can stretch out on the sofa, watch the sunset from the patio, and let the city’s energy melt away. The single‑level home balances privacy with connection, giving you space to unwind while staying close to everything that makes Austin alive.



Sleeping Arrangements

Four bedrooms accommodate up to eleven guests. Three rooms each hold a queen‑size bed with fresh linens, hangers and storage. The fourth bedroom offers a twin bed and a dedicated workspace with desk and chair, perfect for remote work or quiet downtime. A queen‑size sofa sleeper in the living area adds an extra bed, and an air mattress can be set up on the floor if needed. Room‑darkening shades help ensure restful nights.



Living & Workspace

The open‑concept living area flows into the kitchen and patio, creating a natural gathering spot. A comfy sofa converts to a queen‑size sleeper, and a dedicated workspace with high‑speed Wi‑Fi lets you stay productive. An in‑unit washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays, and free on‑site and street parking make arrivals hassle‑free.

This home is tucked nicely away but close. This would be an ideal location if you are coming for a major event or concert, like ACL, F1, or SXSW.



We are pet-friendly but do require a pet fee. It's in our house rules down below.



This is on the second floor and does require a small number of stairs.



This complex itself has recently been renovated. However, we do our best to keep everything clean and fresh.



Please be aware the unit is in the state of Texas there may be pests like roaches, ants, or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this.



We make sure to provide the basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supplies especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.



Just like at a hotel, we kindly ask you to complete our quick verification process in order to receive your check-in details. This will ask you to provide your ID and lodge a safety deposit. Once this is done, we’ll send you your check-in details.



There's a security camera pointing at the door entrance, as well as a noise detector inside the property.
