Walking distance to Lake Austin. Beautifully furnished, craftsman-style home on a quiet road across from Lake Austin with wonderful views of the river and towering trees. Huge covered front and back porches are perfect for relaxing and entertaining. Large windows throughout the entire home allow plenty of natural light to pour in.

Private large fenced-in back yard. Enjoy a relaxing day on Lake Austin with access to the neighborhood community park, located on the same road.

Downstairs offers enormous kitchen and island, concrete flooring, quartz countertops, high-end appliances, open floor plan, built-ins, and plenty of storage.

All bedrooms and office are located upstairs with lake views. Secondary bedroom has a darling queen size murphy bed. Third bedroom/game room includes two twin trundle beds that can convert into a king bed or 4 twin beds.
