Worst experience EVER

The property manager never sent access to the apartment. Wouldn’t respond on the messager, text message or phone call. They didn’t have a voicemail set up so we couldn’t leave a voicemail. We sat outside the property for an hour while VRBO tried to reach them and the response from customer service was to cancel the booking and get a refund. VRBO said they were not going to compensate us at all bc it was only a 1 night rental. The entire city was booked out due to games and F1 races and were left with no where to stay.

No go

I got emails from the site about my reservations but no email from the property manager about details to access property. She would not respond to emails and her phone went straight to “not available”. I wound up getting a cheap hotel to stay in after the concert we attended. Extremely disappointed and WILL affect my future plans for stays away from home. Plan to contact VRBO tomorrow.
