ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES:
- Quiet Hours: Are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, we do have noise decibel monitors inside the property that will notify us in case noise level exceeds 75 decibels, if noise level exceeds we'll get in touch, and need you to comply ASAP.
- We strictly prohibit smoking (tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes) inside and outside the property. Violation of this policy will lead to cleaning fees or costs for professional services to remove odors, stains, or burns and even a cancellation of the reservation.
- Parking: Restricted to ONLY 5 vehicles; 3 in the driveway, 2 street parking outside the house.
-Garbage: Should you generate more trash than the provided trash bins, NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY as we will need to make alternate arrangement for trash pick up of the additional trash. We will also be charging a $98 trash pick up fee.
- Guest occupancy is restricted to the exact number of guests count stated on the confirmed Reservation. Any UNAUTHORIZED party or event can result in a minimum fee of $750.00.
We want everyone to enjoy their stay while helping us maintain a positive relationship with our neighbors.
-Please be respectful of neighboring homes at all times.
-Any behavior that disturbs or disrupts our neighbors, including loud parties, shouting, or excessive outdoor activity, may result in complaints and could lead to additional fees or early termination of your reservation.
-Please do not reach out directly to the neighbors, contact us through the messaging system if you need anything.
- Violation of any of the above mentioned house rules and refusal of compliance can result in your reservation getting CANCELLED!
- Hot Tub and Pool: Any excessive damage, dirt & debris left in the hot tub or Pool will incur an extra cleaning fee of $200.00. Please lock the hot tub cover with straps from all 4 sides after usage.
- Security Cameras: Any tampering with the security cameras will immediately cancel your reservation with NO refund and will result in an additional damage fee.
- Furniture or equipment if moved and not relocated or damaged inside or outside will result into additional charges.
- Used Towels: All used towels should be kept inside the laundry basket kept in the bedroom on your check-out day.
- NO Pets are allowed on this property. Any traces of pets found will result in additional detailed cleaning fees.
- Close and lock all windows and doors.
