We were on second floor and elevator didn’t work. Walking down the hall smelt like a kennel …awful! Once in room smells were blocked out, but bathroom was needing update. Had stayed before a few years back but will not stay again. A number of homeless around and some seemed to have rooms. Felt unsafe.

Horrible!!

The Worst place i’ve ever been!! And i’ve been to 4 continents!! Receptionist was unprofessional. Our booking said pet free property! There was one room in our floor with 3 large dogs!! And the dogs were roaming the corridor on their own!! The owner apparently was not even in the Hotel!! After multiple complaints to reception, they told us they couldn’t do anything becaue the dogs know how to open the room door and they can’t get ahold of the owner!! The room on the inside was horrible!! Crumbs on the floor and dirty bathroom with stained towels!! We ended up leaving around midnight to another property!!

It is an affordable room, you get what you pay for. I get rooms at motel 6 quite a bit. 2 times i have gotten dirty rooms. I come back because they care. They make it right. Customer service is on point, they need to hire better house keepers.

Liked nothing. Very dirty room. The microwave and refrigerator was rusty. Room smelled. Bet sheets dirty. Hallways dark. Condom outside door. Smelled like smoke and Marijuana in the halls. Had someone knocking at my door. Worst experience in a hotel in my entire life

Well... we were in the 3rd floor... smells like cigarettes all over ... the bathroom door had a hole and sombody tried to fix it patching it with foam and did terrinle job.. you have to call front desk to send the elevator to 3rd floor becaus button disnt work... staff were nice and friendly... dogs barking all night... etc etc

It stunk on the 3 floor. I think people were living up there. The elevator was broken. They were bringing a moldy looking mattress in the side door. We did not even stay the night. We left.
