Other things to note
Pet Friendly. $250 pet fee. Pets are only allowed on the first floor and not allowed on furniture. Pets are not allowed to be on second floor.

No Garage Access
No smoking/vaping. No parties or events.

Safety Features: A street-facing Ring security camera on the front porch and a NoiseAware smart sensor, which detects excessive noise for a sustained period of time (it does not have video or recording capabilities of any kind), help keep our home safe.

Trash: As per our HOA rules, guest must not leave trash bins on the street or outside in plain sight (unless it is Friday). A $50/fee per day will be incurred if guest does not adhere to this rule.
Note: Our cleaner takes care of placing trash bins on the street on trash day. *
