Enjoy a peaceful stay at this 4-bedroom house in Austin. This gorgeous property features 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 1 full bed, perfect for a group getaway. With 5 bathrooms equipped with hair dryers and showers, guests will feel pampered during their stay. Other excellent amenities include a washing machine, AC, iron, heating, and WiFi. We hope you enjoy what our place and Austin has to offer.
This professionally designed space has a modern but cozy feel and is everything you need for a perfect get away. As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by an open concept floorplan where the kitchen, family room, dining room seamlessly connects with one of the outdoor spaces where you will find comfortable seating area, outdoor dining set, grill, fire pit and ping pong table. There is plenty of space to spread out and enjoy yourself. Additionally, there is a second outdoor covered area behind the main unit which has a hot tub, outdoor TV and additional seating. Great for watching your favorite sports team while in the hot tub or playing outdoor games that are also provided (Connect 4, Jenga, etc).

The four bedrooms offer a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. Each comes with a smart TV and its own bathroom offering convenience and privacy for all guests. The main house has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, while the extra detached unit offers a 4th bedroom and bathroom. There are two master bedrooms with King size beds and ensuite bathrooms. The 3rd bedroom in the main house has a queen size bed and bathroom right outside of the bedroom. The detached unit bedroom has 2 double beds with ensuite bathroom as well. Each bathroom is stocked with the basics of body soap, shampoo and conditioner.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. A kitchenette is outfitted with a stovetop, a microwave, and a dishwasher. A Smart television is provided for your entertainment.

Property was really nice great amenities great distance to downtown activities amazing mattresses !The only negative id mention is that the parking was tricky with the drive way setup Other than that my group had an amazing experience I greatly appreciate the hospitality!

The property was as described. The beds and baths were very nice. The driveway is a bit daunting for our large vehicle. They were very responsive to our concern about a toilet.
